I’m the CEO of Online4baby, proudly a family-run and owned business since 1987. I’m responsible for developing the strategic direction for our business, but I’m most passionate about buying and product.
I work extremely closely with our buying team, negotiating with suppliers and travelling to baby & nursery fairs across the globe to source the best products. Recently, we have taken the opportunity to develop our own brands in-house – Puggle and 4baby – and I’m so proud that our customer’s love these ranges as much as we do.
All my career I have been focused on building a business that gives our customers unrivalled quality at the best possible price. I truly hope that we can deliver our promise to you – helping parents buy with confidence.
I’m the Senior Buyer at Online4baby and have worked alongside Christy, our founder and CEO, since 2021. I’ve worked in the baby industry for most of my career (almost 15 years total), and I’ve developed an almost encyclopaedic knowledge of prams, car seats and such in that time.
I love developing products and work closely with our partners and manufacturers to innovate our own-brand ranges. I’ve really enjoyed watching the Online4baby brands, Puggle and 4baby, deliver great quality and value for our customers. I also work really closely with our retailed brands, including Joie, Cybex and and Ickle Bubba, to buy their ranges and offer unbeatable value for our customers.
Everyday low value is a key promise to our customers, so I love negotiating with our suppliers to ensure we can continue to bring great prices to parents.
I’m the Customer Service Manager at Online4baby and joined the business in 2019. I have a son and 17 nieces and nephews, so I’ve personally tried a lot of different baby products and brands!
Me and my team speak to customers every day, answering product queries over the phone, via email and live chat on our website. It’s the favourite part of my job because I love being able to play a part in the creation of a family unit. The first few years of parenting are full of new experiences and yes, it can be stressful! Buying for baby should be an enjoyable experience though so my objective is to make shopping for cribs, car seats and everything you need for baby as stress-free as possible.
My name is Nicola and I’m the Senior Supervisor Sales & Customer Support. You might recognise me from our Online4baby Live Shopping events on Facebook or Instagram! I love speaking to customers, and particularly enjoy the dialogue I can have with customers when presenting on the Online4baby Live channel. Our prices are some of the best on the market and I love being able to offer products to our customers they did not even think they could afford.
My mission is to simplify the process of buying for baby. I have 2 kids myself so I’m all too familiar with how confusing and overwhelming it can be navigating all the baby jargon.
I have worked at Online4baby since 2017. I started on the shop floor in our showroom as a sales adviser, before transitioning to the Social Media Executive and Video Presenter role.
The favourite part of my job is being able to use my creative side to produce assets for social media. We have a beautiful studio space in our office, so I love spending time there creating content and speaking to customers on our live shopping sessions. I also love to see our customer’s beautiful images on Instagram!
I had a great time researching baby products when I had my daughter in 2017. This became a passion and now I love to help customers find products that will be most suitable to their needs. With years of experience in our showroom, interacting with customers and giving product demos, I’ve developed an in-depth knowledge of all our brands and products. With so much innovation in our industry, I really enjoy learning about new products and helping our lovely customers discover them.I joined Online4baby in 2019 and am now a Brand & Ecommerce Executive. My day to day involves building and creating emails for our customers, helping promote our best offers and elevate new brands and products we think they’re going to love.
Having a baby, whether it’s your first or not, is an amazing experience. Each parent will go on their own journey, and I love being a part of helping mums and dads discover the best products for them and their child’s needs.
I had my first boy, Oscar, in 2018 and started at Online4baby soon after. My second son, Isaac, came a few years later so I feel I’ve never really stopped looking at baby products! This has helped me develop a great knowledge of our range, and I really enjoy helping parents shop for their baby.
