Q. How do I safely attach it to my bed?
A. The crib comes with connection belts or straps. These must be hooked and securely tensioned to the adult bed frame so there is no gap between the two mattresses.
Q. Can I leave the side open when not attached to my bed?
A. No. The drop-side should only be lowered when the crib is securely anchored to an adult bed in "co-sleeping mode." When used as a standalone bassinet, the side must be fully zipped/locked into the raised position.
Q. Can I use a secondary mattress?
A. Absolutely not. Only use the manufacturer-approved mattress provided with the crib. Adding extra mattresses poses a severe suffocation hazard.
Q. What age are they suitable for?
A. They are suitable from birth until your baby reaches 6 months old or weighs 9kg (whichever comes first).
Q. Does it help with reflux?
A. Many models (like the Puggle Dreamy or Sleepy) feature an incline function, allowing you to gently tilt the crib (by adjusting one side higher than the other) to aid digestion and ease reflux.
