Pay in 3 is an unregulated credit agreement, so you will have fewer protections under this agreement than you would under a regulated credit agreement. First-time customers will need to create a Clearpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. Your first instalment will be taken when your order is confirmed by the merchant (25% of the overall purchase price). Your order will then be shipped to you. The remaining 75% of the balance will be taken at 2-week intervals over 6 weeks. There are no interest charges if you pay on time.
You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, payments will be taken automatically from your debit or credit card on your payment due dates.

Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later respectively. There are no credit checks and no interest fees when you pay on time.
Choose Pay in 30 days at the checkout. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be despatched. The full balance will be charged to your account 30 days after the purchase date.

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excluding Channel Islands). T&Cs and other eligibility criteria apply.
Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay’s behalf.
