For grandparents’ houses, holidays and weekends away, our TNS team would recommend the Graco FoldLite LX. It’s a travel cot from birth to approx. 3 years (up to 15kg), with a raised bassinet for newborns up to approx. 6 months (max 9kg). It folds two ways: a home fold for quick set-ups and storage, and a one-step travel fold that collapses even smaller for trips. At 6.78kg it’s up to 30% lighter than traditional full-size travel cots, and it has 2 wheels to move it plus a carry bag. Mesh sides let you see baby from every angle and help air flow, padded rails soften bumps, and the mattress wipes clean. Lighter to carry, easier to pack.
