A. The seat rotates a full 360 degrees, allowing you to easily spin the seat to face the car door. This makes lifting and securing your child completely effortless and eliminates back strain. It also makes switching between rearward and forward-facing positions a breeze.
Q. Until what age can it be rear-facing?
A. The Puggle Lockton is rearward-facing from birth up to 13kg (approximately 15 months). Once your child exceeds this weight, the seat can be rotated to face forward up to 36kg.
Q. How do I install it in the car?
A. With ISOFIX: The integrated base features clear installation indicators to ensure it is locked in safely. It also includes a top tether for extra stability. With a Seatbelt: If your vehicle does not have ISOFIX anchor points, the seat is fully compatible and can be securely installed using your car's standard 3-point seatbelt.
Q. Is it easy to clean?
A. Yes, the seat features removable, washable covers. You can easily take them off to wash off crumbs, spills, or accidents.
Q. What should I do if the harness gets jammed or is difficult to loosen?
A. Release Button: Make sure you press the harness adjuster button (usually located under the fabric at the front of the seat) deeply while simultaneously pulling the shoulder straps towards you to lengthen them. Tuck / Twist Check: Ensure the straps are not twisted behind the seat and that the buckle is free of debris.
