Waiting on carrycots..this company need a direct contact number..to call for issues regarding purchase!! instead off just email and waiting for response..got this product for daughter who has just had twins and needs the carrycots..but thank you for your response today to explain why my item is missing…didn’t expect bag what was a different order to be in pram box its was a separate order..hopefully it gets SORTED

Verified, collected by TheNurseryStore.comThe product is nice to push but is to wide and bulky I have a 7 seater with a big boot and struggle to lift it in as its heavy and it only just fits, it is also to wide to fit on a bus and when the seats lie right down the rain cover does not cover the back of the seat, the baby was wet all down her back and so was the seat
