2. Orders & Contract
- By placing an order, you offer to buy the products subject to these terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
- Once accepted, an order confirmation email forms a legally binding contract.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed except for pre-orders, which may be cancelled immediately upon request.
3. Product Information
- We strive for accuracy in descriptions, prices, and images but errors may occur.
- If a mistake affects your order, we will contact you promptly with options.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken at checkout via secure payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Delivery charges and surcharges (e.g. postcode, size) are shown at checkout and are non-refundable
5. Delivery Terms (DPD & Furdeco)
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Standard delivery to Mainland UK is 1-2 working days; remote areas take longer.
- Free delivery applies to Mainland UK orders over £49.99 only.*
- Surcharges apply for certain postcodes and oversized items; these are non-refundable.
- DPD Deliveries: Two delivery attempts are made. If delivery fails, a return charge from £16 per box plus any additional surcharges will apply.
- Furdeco Deliveries: A single delivery attempt is made. Failed delivery charges start from £25 and are payable for redelivery or in cases where the order is cancelled after a failed delivery.
