By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Company Information

2. Orders & Contract
- By placing an order, you offer to buy the products subject to these terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
- Once accepted, an order confirmation email forms a legally binding contract.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed except for pre-orders, which may be cancelled immediately upon request.
3. Product Information
- We strive for accuracy in descriptions, prices, and images but errors may occur.
- If a mistake affects your order, we will contact you promptly with options.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken at checkout via secure payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Delivery charges and surcharges (e.g. postcode, size) are shown at checkout and are non-refundable
5. Delivery Terms (DPD & Furdeco)
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Standard delivery to Mainland UK is 1-2 working days; remote areas take longer.
- Free delivery applies to Mainland UK orders over £49.99 only.*
- Surcharges apply for certain postcodes and oversized items; these are non-refundable.
- DPD Deliveries: Two delivery attempts are made. If delivery fails, a return charge from £16 per box plus any additional surcharges will apply.
- Furdeco Deliveries: A single delivery attempt is made. Failed delivery charges start from £25 and are payable for redelivery or in cases where the order is cancelled after a failed delivery.
- Safe Place Deliveries: Items left in a designated safe place are at the customer’s risk once confirmed as delivered. Please note that this option is not available for furniture deliveries.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt to return items unused and in original packaging.
- Return postage is customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Delivery service charges and surcharges are non-refundable and must be paid on any redelivery or returns involving failed delivery.
- Refunds exclude any return or delivery surcharges.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Report damage or faults within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
- We will assess and resolve claims per your consumer rights.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect only necessary information to fulfil orders and comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Data is not sold or shared beyond necessary third parties like couriers.
- You may request access or deletion of your data anytime.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content is owned or licensed by The Nursery Store.
- No copying or use without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect losses (missed appointments, earnings).
- This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier issues).
12. Social Media Policy
- Customers engaging with The Nursery Store on social media agree to behave respectfully and lawfully.
- Offensive, abusive, or illegal content may be removed without notice.
- We do not accept liability for content posted by users on our social platforms.
- Promotions or offers on social media are subject to these Terms and any specific Competition Terms.
- Personal data shared via social media will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Competition Terms
- All competitions or prize draws hosted by The Nursery Store will have separate Terms & Conditions available at the point of entry.
- Eligibility, entry methods, prize details, and winner selection criteria will be clearly stated.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered unless stated.
- Personal data collected for competitions will be used only for administration and prize fulfilment and handled per our Privacy Policy.
- The Nursery Store reserves the right to cancel or amend competitions at any time.
- Employees and family members of The Nursery Store or associated companies are not eligible to enter competitions unless otherwise stated.
14. Discount Codes
- Discounts apply to the total value of eligible items only (excluding postage and packaging)
- Pre-order items qualify for the discount based on their price at the time of purchase.
- Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by English law.
- Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
