Warning about this company Hi everyone, I would strongly recommend not buying anything from this company. Their website states that they offer 360-day returns, but I have been waiting for more than three days to receive the information I need to return an item I purchased. I contacted them and explained that I don’t like the item and that it is not what I expected. I simply want to return it, but I still haven’t received clear instructions on how to do so. It has windows and I can be watching my baby all the time. Can be used as next to me. Only thing I don’t like is that need to get up to turn functions on, as the remote control doesn’t work if the main control isn’t on. My baby also loves to just lay down there while I’m doing other stuff. Lightweight, easy to assemble, looks exactly like advertised
